Hello and welcome. I have been a therapist for over 20 years and continue to learn everyday. I believe therapy is an active practice. I will actively listen, reflect, and challenge you, your partnership, and/or your family to grow. My passions are helping people who feel misunderstood, are having a hard time feeling seen, valued, and connected to the people in their lives who matter most. I am a systemic thinker and approach my work with curiosity and compassion.
My practice consists of adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I help people experiencing family conflict, romantic relationship struggles, compassion fatigue, anxiety/depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I am also the founder of a group practice and have many wonderful colleagues that I can refer to if I'm full at the moment.
I love working with individuals looking for deeper work, couples, and families of all kinds. People describe me as warm, relatable, and calming. I trust my intuition and use it as a guide in my practice.
