Life doesn't always turn out how we envisioned, and Kelly brings personal experience and clinical training to each session to help you find hope again. Kelly has also been a life coach- "Finding Yourself After 40," and is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which is a sister therapy to EMDR that treats trauma. She uses an eclectic blend of modalities including psychodynamic, CBT, and ACT. Kelly is also certified in SYMBIS for pre-marital and marital counseling. She truly loves this work and feels a deep respect for the clients she works with.
