Life is about relationships. Yet anxiety and feelings of unworthiness can lead to self sabotage. I work with people to identify emotional roadblocks, alter negative self talk, recognize strengths, and implement habits that will bring a sense of affinity to others, and more kindness to ourselves. Change is possible, when we see the possibilities. With couples, I am interested in connecting the dots between intention, perception, and reactivity. When defensiveness is decreased, mutual flexibility and loving communication grows. With Life Coaching, areas of health, education, career, and relationship are addressed.
I am empathic and collaborative, and interested in the ways childhood perceptions of self carry into adulthood, and increasing joy and authenticity. Modalities: Positive Psychology, ACT, Mindfulness, and Family Systems. Insurance accepted in Rhode Island.
