I see individuals that are longing for a better quality of life but unsure of how to get there. I believe that counseling can excel healing and instill hope in your life. My goal is to hold the hope while you do the brave work of coping and healing.
I work with clients suffering from trauma, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, OCD, and impulsivity. I am trained in EMDR, a trauma-focused therapy that allows the brain to heal from the wounds of the past. I am also trained in IFS which utilizes self-compassion to better understand ourselves and our behaviors.
Overall, we will work together to release pain of the past, so that you can live fully in the present.
