A cornerstone of my approach is trauma-informed care, where I create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore and address past traumas. Whether it's navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, or working through challenges related to personality disorders, I'm dedicated to helping clients reclaim their agency and resilience. I enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQAI+ -identifying folks, and women or femme-identifying individuals. My approach is grounded in authenticity, empathy, and empowerment. Together with my clients, we embark on a collaborative journey towards self-awareness, growth, and resilience.
I offer a personalized approach to each client which may include somatic work, attachment theory, breath work and mindfulness, DBT, CBT, and Internal Family Systems. I offer planning and integration support for psychedelic experiences to help derive long-term benefits and transformative insights.
As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the needed help.
