I specialize in working with people who feel stuck in cycles—emotionally or behaviorally—and want a therapist who actually understands what that’s like. My lived experience allows me to meet others with deep empathy, honesty, and care. I know how isolating pain can feel, and how meaningful it is to be met without judgment. I am a social worker, and an addictions counselor. I am also a person living with mental illness and a person in recovery. Together, we can explore what healing looks like for you, at your own pace.

I work from a generalist perspective, supporting a wide range of concerns, with particular interest in depression, anxiety, substance use, eating disorders, and borderline personality disorder. My client-centered, eclectic approach integrates CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Existential Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

In our work together, my aim is to foster a safe, compassionate, and hope-filled environment where you can feel seen, supported, and not alone.
