I'm trained as a marriage and family therapist. Over time I've developed interest in and expertise in treatment of post traumatic stress disorder and healing from abuse. As an eclectic practitioner, I work with techniques that best fit each person's situation versus a cookie cutter approach.
I've worked in a wide variety of settings in my 28+ years in the field, and those experiences as well as my education and personal life experiences shape me to be the practitioner I am today. I'm an empathetic listener with a great sense of humor!
