Complex trauma can wreak havoc on our lives, keeping us feeling frozen, unable to connect with others, and stuck in survival mode. I’m passionate about helping teens & adults heal from their complicated pasts and move forward with a sense of purpose & the ability to connect. I specialize in complex trauma, disordered eating, and ADHD. I also offer ADHD evaluations in person and via Telehealth for clients based in Ohio. Virtual ADHD evaluations are also available for Florida-based clients.
I work from a trauma-informed lens, incorporating my training, education, and personal recovery experience to help my clients heal. We will work together to determine which combination of therapy approaches will help you heal & thrive. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Your healing journey should be just as unique as you are!
