My approach is to be down-to-earth and non-judgemental in order to create a supportive space where you can explore your emotions, navigate your thoughts, and develop coping strategies to improve your mental health. My goal is to help you regain a sense of control, peace, and balance in you life, while making changes and breaking unhelpful patterns.
I take my time to learn about you and what you want to work on, and tailor treatment to meet your unique needs. I utilize approaches such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy in sessions. I am proud to say I have supported my clients through some of their most difficult times, while also getting to know them, sharing laughs, and watching them grow.
