I provide therapy with individuals, couples, and families surrounding a variety of issues including but not limited to communication and relationship dynamics, stress management, depression, anxiety, and anger as well as grief and loss, substance use, eating disorders, and educational and occupational challenges. Being present with a client in his or her journey through life is my greatest honor and I strive to meet my clients where they are at the time and help them take steps towards their goals in achieving health, happiness, and overall life fulfillment.
I particularly enjoy training clients in meditation and mindfulness along with a variety of other stress management tools. Helping clients achieve balance and find ways to better manage their stressors is rewarding and a valuable piece of what I do.
I believe that every client is unique in his/her experience, therefore, I utilize a variety of treatment approaches that best suit their needs. Many clients find me easy to relate to as I help them explore their strengths, their challenges, and how they would like to enhance their lives.
