I have experience working with clients with complex issues from trauma to anxiety, depression, and interpersonal difficulties. I use a psychodynamic framework, and I have an eclectic therapeutic approach to meet you where you're at.
I believe that healing and growth happen in a space of empathy, safety, and genuine connection.
