During my eleven years of working in mental health counseling, I have worked with underserved populations to gain experience in providing direct counseling, outreach, referral, and follow-up care coordination to eligible individuals. I am passionate about trauma work, as well as treating depression and anxiety. I believe counseling is most effective when there is an identified goal, and it is my role to guide clients in developing the skills to be successful.
