I've been working with individuals struggling with their mental health for almost 20 years. I have experience working with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, C-PTSD, and trauma. I also specialize in postpartum depression/anxiety, pregnancy loss, fertility challenges, reproductive trauma and challenges of motherhood. Even if you feel alone.... you are not truly alone. EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, trauma-focused CBT, solution-focused therapy, and strength-based therapy are some of the modalities I draw from in my clinical practice. I believe in using a holistic approach with clients while engaging in building a therapeutic relationship.
