I work with adults navigating these messy, complicated parts of life and help them find a way forward.

I specialize in trauma, grief and loss, child and pregnancy loss, infertility and reproductive loss, maternal mental health, anxiety, life transitions, and substance use. I also use EMDR when it’s a good fit. Therapy is tailored to you—not the other way around.
