I specialize in working with older adolescents and adults who struggle with self esteem, anxiety and feelings of inadequacy. Sometimes straight talk therapy isn't enough. I approach things from a holistic viewpoint, incorporating multiple evidence based approaches including EMDR, IFS, Somatic work and attachment theory to help you.
