Women With ADHD (New!)
Fill out the google doc for more information: https://forms.gle/xCAAK9oxh65nAZej6. This virtual group will be a mix of psycho-education and support for women who have been diagnosed with, or believe they meet the criteria for, ADHD. Many women with ADHD report feelings of inadequacy, shame, and overwhelm, and describe their lives as chaotic and stressful. Learn about how ADHD shows up differently in women, and why it is often misdiagnosed as anxiety or depression. Find support from other women struggling with the same difficulties, and learn strategies to improve your quality of life.
