I will be my genuine, authentic self with you so that you have a safe space to be fully yourself, in return. The last thing I want is for you to feel uncomfortable, judged, or scared. By modeling authenticity, I find that this enables my clients to feel comfortable discovering, and ultimately embracing who they truly are! I work with individuals and couples in a range of life stages and truly enjoy my work with everyone.
I work from both an eclectic and person-centered approach, meaning I pull from a variety of therapeutic modalities and theories to best suit your individual needs and personality/temperament. Overall, I love CBT, family systems, psychodynamic, narrative and Gottman, but I don't believe in a “one size fits all” approach simply because every person is unique!
