Trying to find someone to come along side of you or a loved one in your journey can be tough and at times, scary. I am dedicated to helping individuals by creating and fostering a supportive and safe space for people who come and want help with the challenges that can impact their daily life.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, and Certified EMDR therapist, I incorporate many evidence based approaches. I work with people of all ages - through early childhood, adolescents, and adulthood. I specialize, but am not limited to trauma, attachment, and play therapy.
