Hello, I am Dr. Kelly Chaney! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping clients find their passion in life and supporting them in removing blocks that are keeping them from living their best life. My client experience is currently working with the BIPOC community along with children, adolescents and families. My approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I focus on helping my clients identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and to learn practical self-help strategies.
Within my counseling sessions, clients get to drop the pretensions. Clients are able to come into a space that is safe and allows for them to be their authentic selves. This allows for clients to be vulnerable to be able to explore fears and tough feelings.
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I am driven by the support that I am able to give my clients to help them through some of the most difficult times in their lives. I want them to know that every storm runs out of rain.
