If you are dealing with depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress, or just overwhelmed with life I am here to listen and help you learn to cope more effectively! When working with children I believe that they communicate through play. Children experience so many feelings and emotions that they cannot verbally express and play is a valuable tool!
