Sometimes it feels like no one can possibly understand what's going on, and we just need someone to hear us. Being able to process concerns in a safe and neutral place is paramount. I believe compassion and attunement is vital in relationships as well as in the therapeutic relationship. It's helpful to explore and gain understanding of past and present experiences, behaviors, hurts, and wounds. While change can be difficult it can also be deeply rewarding.

My primary focus is working with adult individuals with PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, and parenting. I can also help you work through grief & loss as well as life transitions. I utilize an eclectic approach and often use Solution-Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and CBT, with a strong emphasis on attachment and family systems.

I encourage positive change in a relaxed, safe, non-judgemental environment. Let's work together to seek solutions to help empower you and strengthen your goals by increasing self-awareness, making meaningful change. Partnering and navigating these challenges together with you is my privilege.
