I am primarily a relational, attachment-based therapist and my training allows me to provide a holistic approach to treatment utilizing EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), IFS, DBT skills, Somatic Psychotherapy techniques and Mindfulness practices.
I am currently offering online therapy only. Teletherapy is a convenient way to receive services from the comfort of your home & has come a long way in the past few years. Technology enables therapists to provide effective treatment including EMDR, which has been found just as effective as in-person sessions for PTSD, anxiety, depression and other concerns.
