I believe that mental health is at the core of overall wellbeing, and I understand that seeking support for yourself or a loved one is not easy. That said, I aim to create a welcoming atmosphere where you feel comfortable, safe, and connected. In sessions, I will gently and appropriately challenge you to make incremental yet meaningful changes in your life. I will also provide you with effective and practical coping skills so you can support yourself in and outside of session. I work with teens, young adults, adults and parents. I specialize in the treatment of OCD, anxiety, eating disorders, and depression.

I also work with people experiencing relationship issues, life transitions, school refusal, identity exploration, and those simply wanting to grow and learn more about themselves. I have also worked closely with caring parents who want to support their child, but need guidance on how through parent coaching.

I am skilled in the delivery of exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP), CBT, and DBT. In addition to these evidenced-based treatments, I have my level one training in Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS).
