Sometimes looking in the mirror is hard when the image looking back at you is not what you pictured. Our past hurts and traumas, broken relationships, unhealthy relationship with food, and painful relationship with our bodies leave us broken and weary. I believe that digging into those painful places brings healing, as well as learning how to move into the present.
I am a CEDS through the international association of eating disorders, which is the standard in eating disorder treatment, and am trained in many evidence based modalities. I have a passion for trauma, highly sensitive people, anxiety, and ADHD. I use trauma modalities such as IFS, Brainspotting, Ego work, and this fall EMDR!
As a fellow human, I feel privileged to know your story. Your story is worth hearing and is valid. I am consistently humbled to do what I do.
