Hi, I’m Kelly. I believe therapy should feel like a safe exhale, a place where you can set down what you’ve been carrying and know you’re not alone. I work with kids, teens, and adults facing challenges like trauma, abuse, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ clients, survivors of sexual abuse, and those navigating the ups and downs of perinatal mental health. I draw from IFS, psychodynamic, person-centered, DBT, CBT, and attachment-based approach.
