A highlight of my career is working with individuals and couples to achieve the skills necessary to sustain fulfillment within themselves and in their relationships while maintaining an openness to embrace life as it comes, to accept change, seize meaningful moments to create a storybook of memories.
I have years of experience working with couples. I specifically use techniques to help address the challenges that can come with neurodivergence. In addition I have experience using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
I am a down to earth therapist with a healthy sense of humor. I would consider my approach as motivational. Healing and making long lasting changes can be difficult. I look forward to a collaborative effort to make this process a little easier.
