I view my role as a therapist as coming alongside and asking intentional processing questions, based in evidence-based practices. The therapy space should be a place where you feel safe to share and process freely without judgment. I'm also trained in EMDR, which is a therapy technique used for PTSD, and can also be helpful for other distressing events.
I've found tremendous healing in processing my own experiences with a therapist, and welcome the opportunity to walk alongside anyone hoping to do the same. My greatest hope is to help people live more intentional, purposeful, joyful lives. <3
