Hello! I would be honored to meet with you. Often, clients come to find healthy ways of coping with stress, anxiety, depression & to process thoughts & feelings in a supportive environment. They are frequently interested in improving relationships, leaving abusive partners, experiencing more happiness and fulfillment in life, & attaining meaningful goals. As each person is an individual, therapy is tailored to your unique needs and wants. I provide therapy to individuals & couples. Clients often say I'm easy to talk to, compassionate, and accepting. I hope you will agree. My office is in my home which offers comfort and privacy.
Areas of specialization include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, LGBTQ, codependency and other relationship issues. I enjoy helping people find the strength to break free from toxic relationships, embrace self-love, and become more assertive. For more info, please visit my website: http://grandforkspsychologist.com
You are not alone. Therapy can offer hope and help. You are worth it! Appointments are usually available in 1-2 weeks. Because my office is in my home, there is only a small waiting area. As such, it's best if you arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment & with forms completed. Thanks & I look forward to meeting you!!
