I’m passionate about helping people process trauma and navigate life’s challenges in a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded. I especially love working with women across all stages of life—whether you’re in college, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, facing infertility, adjusting to motherhood, or working through relationship and marriage transitions.
I also have a heart for supporting first responders—including police officers and firefighters—who carry the weight of trauma and need a place to process, decompress, and feel understood.
I enjoy working with teens (15+) as they learn to navigate life's challenges !

Life can feel overwhelming at times—especially when you’re carrying pain, loss, or pressure that others may not fully see or understand. You might find yourself trying to hold it all together while quietly struggling on the inside. If that’s where you are, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Reaching out for help can feel like a big step—but I can help!
