Welcome! I believe in empowering people to be the best version of themselves. I approach therapy from a trauma informed care lens. I will help you find your strengths while encouraging your ability to reach your individual goals. I am here to listen empathetically without judgment. I have a calm demeanor yet can be a strong advocate for those that need it. I currently see all ages from children through adulthood. I treat issues related to depression, anxiety, grief, women's issues, family conflict, life transitions/stressors, relationship issues and personal empowerment.
In addition, I have experience in behavior modification including work with both children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. I connect well with children and adolescents and recognize healthy self-esteem and confidence are essential to form at these ages. I would love to help with this.
