As co-owner of Chrysalis Emotional Wellness, I believe therapy works best when people feel respected, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I meet clients where they are and work with teens, adults, and couples facing concerns such as trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, phobias, and self-esteem challenges. My approach is flexible—there’s no one-size-fits-all method. I integrate practical tools, including Somatic Polyvagal techniques, EFT, ACT, and HeartMath to support meaningful change. We do not have one treatment preference as one does not work for every client or every situation. We work with clients that range from lower to very high functioning and find it important to meet each on a level they are comfortable with and easily able to grasp.
We go beyond mainstream methodologies by using rapid personal transformation tools, including Somatic Polyvagal, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, & Heart Math (TM) to provide rapid relief.
