I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and couples. My treatment approach is cognitive behavioral as well as EMDR. I have found both of these approaches work to achieve the greatest results with my clients and have seen great progress and relief through even the most difficult issues.
As a Christian I offer a Christian based perspective should the client desire. I am open to meeting people of all faiths and my focus is the client's mental health issues, not if they are "religious". Spirituality is an important part of a person's overall perspective and is respected. Offering evening, Saturday appointments.
