I specialize in working with children, adolescents, parents, couples, and families. Using Play Therapy, I help children express themselves naturally in a safe, supportive environment. I also specialize in helping families navigate separation and divorce and am trained in Co-Parenting to help parents improve communication and create stability for their children. My goal is to foster resilience, strengthen family relationships, and support lasting emotional well-being.
I work with couples using the evidence-based Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). These approaches help improve communication, rebuild trust, strengthen emotional connection, and create healthier, more satisfying relationships. I provide a compassionate,nonjudgmental space where couples can work through challenges and deepen their connection
For over 28 years, I have taught parenting classes in San Diego using the nationally recognized Redirecting Children's Behavior and Developing Capable Young People programs.
