About
Kelly received my Undergraduate Degree in Psychology from SUNY Oswego in 2017 and obtained my Master’s in Social Work from Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in 2020. She completed internships at both New York Presbyterian- Westchester Behavioral Health Center and at Hudson Valley Mental Health, gaining experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Kelly strives to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where the client feels empowered to achieve their goals. She has experience in treating adults who encounter Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, ADD/ADHD, OCD, family conflict and relationship challenges.
Her approach is strength based and utilizes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. She values a strong therapeutic relationship and will tailor treatment to meet individual needs.
