This online group is rooted in AEDP principles and offers somatic and reflective support during times of personal and collective change. Navigating the liminal space means being in that in-between, where something is ending, but what’s next isn’t yet fully formed. It can feel uncertain, disorienting, and uncomfortable. Together, we make room for grief and possibility, honoring what you’re letting go of while staying open to what’s emerging. This is a space where you can remain connected to yourself and others, even as old identities loosen and new ways of being begin to take shape.
