I have a unique understanding of emotional, relational, and spiritual pain and possess patience and gentleness needed during difficult times; particularly helping those with anxiety, addiction, chronic pain, grief and loss, depression, self-injurious behavior, struggles in spirituality, trauma, shame, perfectionism, and issues with identity and self-worth.
My work as a licensed marriage and family therapist, drug and alcohol counselor, pastoral and lay counselor, and chaplain have honed my gifts of compassion and mercy.
