I will use our relationship, my experience, and YOUR insight & self-knowing, as well as appropriate tools & techniques. I am excited to provide compassionate & competent care for transgender, non-binary, and gender expansive adults, and other LGBTQIA+ identities. I enthusiastically affirm asexuality and aromaticism, intersex experiences, and all who experience marginalization, erasure, and/or invisibility within the broader LGBTQIA+ community. Anyone “questioning” is welcome!
Somatic approaches may be used in conjunction to talk therapy. Every body has a story to tell and sometimes trauma, chronic stress, and overwhelm are held in the body. I may incorporate mindfulness, psychodrama, CBT, or nature-based interventions/ecopsychology as appropriate with your consent.
