Over the past 9 years, I've worked with folks of all ages on challenges like career decisions, academic pressures, relationship struggles, and even thoughts of suicide. My approach blends encouragement, perspective, and practical strategies to help you build resilience and confidence for the long term.
I'm not just a therapist - I'm also a mom and a person who knows what it's like to struggle and to seek support.
