Hello, my name is Kellie and I have 20 plus years of experience working with kids with autism. I also have experience working with teenagers, adults, and couples. I work with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and behavioral issues and help them feel more safe and secure with talking about what they have been through and experience on a day-to-day basis.
I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I also use a person-centered approach to assist clients with being able to see themselves more clearly and to be able to stay in touch with their true self.
Life can be such an amazing adventure, but we all go through and experience difficult times.
