Therapy can seem scary because of having to look at and explore parts of ourselves that we have kept hidden for so long. My goal is to create a therapeutic space that is judgement free and makes you feel safe. I know that life is hard and comes with a large variety of emotions and experiences. I believe that together, we can help you explore and overcome.
