My practice is tailored to support clients through midlife challenges, especially grief, loss, change, and existential concerns. Midlife is a complex time for everyone, yet it is rarely talked about. I am trained and skilled in bereavement, career burnout, relationship struggles, body changes, empty-nesting, caring for aging parents, or a deeper sense of existential depression and anxiety. Talk therapy provides a space to slow down, process your experience, and find hope and clarity for the future.

I’ve been described as a compassionate, down-to-earth, and practical therapist. Because I specialize in midlife adjustments and transitions, I draw from Existential, Grief-Informed, IFS, Narrative, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches. I often use creativity and experiential exercises to help access the deeper parts that keep us stuck.

I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, human to human. Our relationship and fit are important. The invitation is to show up as yourself.
