Additionally, we have received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for OCD. When you start with NOCD, you’ll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues—this will depend on your preferences. We’ll work to get to know you and create a treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
