I specialize in Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and Relational approaches, and integrate my training and experience working through modalities of ERP, EMDR, IFS, Somatic, Narrative, Humanistic, and Existential therapies. I adapt my approach with the goal of meeting individual's needs so that our work together may be experienced as authentic in sessions and in life too.
