I became a therapist because I believe we all deserve a safe space to process. In this space, it is my goal to provide clients with an environment where they may fully be their authentic self. I specialize in providing services to individuals seeking support for trauma/PTSD, OCD, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ concerns, life transitions, career exploration, relationship concerns, attachment work, grief and loss, and identity exploration. Throughout my practice I have learned the most effective approach is one that is personalized to meet the needs of each individual person.
To honor the unique and genuine concerns each client presents, I have continued developed an approach that integrates and adapts my training and continued education in, EMDR, ACT informed ERP for OCD, IFS, Somatic and Mindfulness informed approaches, as well as Narrative, and Humanistic Therapy approaches.
Life presents us with challenges of all types, and it is my privilege to help clients develop awareness and skills to move through all that we face. When people are given the opportunity to be heard, understood, and appreciated, healing often follows.
