About
In the unknown world we are living in today, emotions are high as well as anxieties. I strive to help individuals through this and work towards managing their emotions. Client goals and needs are subjective and we will work together to identify them in our sessions. I would like my clients to be motivated to a lifestyle change that works for them and I want to help them do this. My hope is to help clients initiate change and growth so they can carry those tools into their future obstacles.
My approach is client-focused and eclectic; utilizing CBT, DBT Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused therapies. I find that by adapting my approach to each client, a better client outcome is reached. I work with children 7+, adolescents, and adults with a variety of presenting issues, and have evening and weekend hours available.
I enjoy empowering clients to reach their full potential, and I believe each person can achieve this. I provide an empathetic, judgment-free zone in therapy so clients can feel confident in the process and in themselves. My goal is to help clients feel natural with the therapeutic process and leave each session one step closer to their goal.
