As a licensed substance use and addiction counselor, I believe that recovery is not a one-size-fits-all journey—it’s a deeply personal process that deserves compassion, respect, and hope. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based relapse prevention. I provide a compassionate and collaborative space for clients to explore their relationship with substances and build a life rooted in balance, purpose, and self-respect.
