Teen Girl and Mom Group Coming Soon!
Coming in February 2025 is a 15 week group that provides skills for moms and their teen daughters to learn effective communication, emotional regulation, emotional distress and mindfulness skills. Groups will be based on a self pay option only and will be provided with a hands on and educational basis vs. a normal therapy session.
