I am a Licensed Psychotherapist who provides trauma-informed care to individuals, couples, and families. I have 14 years of experience working in the Mental Health field. I integrate my training in Contextual Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions into my practice. I believe the best therapy occurs when there is a collaborative partnership, whereby I provide a safe, respectful space where clients feel empowered in their healing process.
