I specialize in working with adults who have experiences of trauma, particularly
the areas of childhood attachment and the nuances, wounding and grief often
experienced in the context of relationships. I primarily use experiential modalities
including EFT (emotion-focused therapy), parts work/ IFS (Internal Family Systems-Informed), and Coherence Therapy.
