Hi! Feeling overwhelmed? Stuck? Tired of negative feelings? Considering making changes?.... I’m here for you! I have over 20 years of experience providing counseling, support and education. I hold licenses in both social work and substance abuse and work with adults to help guide their process, gain a better understanding of their thought processes and behaviors, and explore different and healthier ways to cope. My passion is helping to build self awareness and self empowerment, to improve both your relationship with yourself as well as with others.
I enjoy working with issues such as anxiety, substance use, communication, relationships and self acceptance. I utilize multiple therapeutic interventions, creating an individualized plan to help develop goals and means of change. The most productive therapeutic relationships are built on trust- I strive to create a genuine, safe and welcoming environment.
