I help clients interrupt patterns in relationships, set boundaries, confront codependency and learn to have healthy intimacy. My ideal client is someone willing to make healthy changes to their lives in order to improve their overall wellbeing. I have experience working with clients who have depression, anxiety and are struggling with intimacy issues and trauma. I enjoy helping clients learn how to set healthy boundaries so they can have more fulfilling relationships. I take particular interest in helping women develop healthy relationship patterns and fully process prior relationships.
I value psychological health from a holistic viewpoint and take into account the importance of spirituality and physical health. I prioritize creating an environment where clients feel safe, accepted, and have a place to vulnerably express themselves with no judgement.
I am passionate about helping others find hope and healing. My therapeutic approach includes providing tools, resources, and helping clients understand what is causing their problems and how to fix them. I am trained in EMDR and can help clients work through trauma and C-PTSD.
